Having successfully established Boxerfit UK in 1994, I moved to New Zealand and continued to build the Boxerfit Brand.
My own personal athletic achievements have taken many new directions, since retiring after 10 years as a professional boxer. I've ran the Everest Marathon, the Mongolia Sunrise to Sunset 100 km ultra marathon, skipped the Auckland Marathon in 3:57:42, cutting 1hr 21.26 minutes off the previous world record of 5hrs 19mins 14seconds .

Miriam, is truly passionate about the health and fitness industry. She is Southlands very own health food guru and has been involved with sport and fitness her whole life. From social to county level she knows about training hard and getting results.
Recently Miriam has focused on her running, completing the Kepler 60klm challenge also the Routeburn classic and numerous other half marathons and full marathons.
Being an athlete and mother of three she has personally experienced all the highs and lows of training. Miriam is passionate about seeing a change in people and setting you up with a new healthier focus for the future.
